• Advising Church House Trust Plc on its acquisition by Virgin Money, giving Branson's Virgin brand a platform to develop a retail banking business in the UK.
• Advising a syndicate of lenders including Bank of India, State Bank of India, Punjab National Bank (Hong Kong) and Punjab National Bank (International) Ltd (London) on a 110 million US dollar loan to oil and gas exploration and development company Indus Gas Ltd.
