Contested Wills

"Everything was taken care of promptly within our time constraints."

- Client quote

As the value of estates increase, expectations of those who consider themselves entitled to inherit are changing. You may find yourself in a situation where a disappointed party disputes the distribution of the estate. These could include someone challenging the capacity of the deceased at the time when the will was made and making claims for a share, or enhanced share of the estate.

We can resolve these and other disputes, such as the appointment or replacement of trustees. Whether acting for the executors, the estate, or representing concerned relatives, we identify the issues at an early stage and offer a cost-effective solution. Where possible, we resolve them by mediation.
