As an alternative to traditional litigation, our clients benefit from mediation to help them reach a voluntary, without prejudice, settlement with other parties quickly, amicably and cost effectively; usually on a fixed fee basis.

Led by Kerry Gwyther, who is ranked in the category 'Mediators - Best in the UK,' our mediation team are all trained solicitor mediators and we are accredited to mediate all types of commercial and civil disputes, as well as representing individual clients.

TLT is a member of the specialist mediation service provider - the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Group. This is a national group established by lawyers and business professionals to provide, a quick and inexpensive means of resolving disputes without the need to resort to court. The ADR Group has identified Bristol as a “Centre for Excellence” in the mediation field.
