Suzie is a partner in the Real Estate group.

She has particular expertise in residential property sales and purchases for high net worth clients. Suzie also acts for banks, international lenders, UK and overseas companies on investment property issues.

Suzie handles all aspects of immigration law including work permits, related applications for leave to remain, naturalisation, Training and Works Experience Scheme (TWES) and business visitors visas.

Clients benefit from Suzie's experience of working for large clients on significant transactions, gained whilst working as a partner for a niche city law firm and at TLT.

She also has extensive expertise in ship finance and sale and purchase, acting for both lenders and also owners, particularly those based in the Far East and India. She regularly deals with perfecting security on the various popular off-shore shipping registries and the incorporation and management of offshore companies.

Suzie qualified in 1983 and became a partner at TLT in 2005.
