Richard is the senior partner in our London office and head of the Private Office team.

He specialises in providing advice on offshore trust structures, domicile and nationality, probate and administration of estates - both UK and cross-border, and tax and inheritance planning. He also provides private office service to high net worth families, offering a wide range of personal, financial and tax advice.

Richard is a Member of The Baltic Exchange, a Member of Maritime London, and a member of The American Bureau of Shipping. He is named in the Citywealth Leaders List 2011 on the Honours List of leading lawyers.

Richard qualified in 1973 and in 1978 became a partner at Constant & Constant, becoming senior partner in 2003. He joined TLT in June 2007 when the two firms merged.
