Peter is an associate in the Banking & Financial Services Litigation team.

Peter specialises in banking and financial services litigation, including large scale/complex mortgage fraud and professional negligence, with an emphasis on valuer and solicitor negligence. He is also experienced in more general banking recoveries and asset finance litigation, and advises banking clients regularly on contentious issues in relation to regulated activities directly involving customers.

Peter joined TLT in 2006 and is a member of City of London Solicitors Company and the Professional Negligence Lawyers Association.
