Kate is an associate in the Real Estate team.

Kate specialises in property and social housing and she advises registered providers, local authorities and other public sector bodies on development, regeneration and property management matters. Kate's expertise helps TLT to provide a considerably enhanced social housing offering to clients from its London office, complementing its existing offering from Bristol.

Kate joined the team in October 2009, following the growing success of TLT's expanding social housing capability in London.
