Ian is a partner in TLT's Commercial team. His particular areas of expertise include acquisition and disposal of companies and business assets both in the UK and abroad, advice on venture capital transactions, including MBO and MBI, and preparation of and advising on shareholder/subscription agreements and joint ventures. He works on marketing agreements, agency and distribution agreements, technology licences and EU regulatory issues and provides advice on media, advertising and television contracts.

After qualifying in 1975, Ian practised in his own firm Beesley Taylorson before joining Constant & Constant as a partner in 1992. Constant & Constant joined TLT in June 2007.

Ian is a member of the Chilean Chamber of Commerce.
