Emma is an associate in the Employment, Pensions & Incentives team based in our London office. Emma practices in all areas of contentious and non-contentious employment law and also deals with issues relating to the employment of foreign nationals and the right to work in the UK. Emma acts across a wide range of sectors but has particular expertise in the financial services sector.

The team was a finalist for the Employment, Pensions, Benefits & Tax Team of the Year at the 2007 British Legal Awards.
