David is a partner and head of the Banking & Financial Services Litigation London team at TLT.

He has over 18 years experience of acting for Banks on a full range of contentious matters and was Head of Finance Litigation & Recovery at a national firm prior to joining TLT.

Chambers 2010 commented in relation to David and his London team that "There is a refreshing level of partner involvement and quality".

David has worked in house on secondment and also on a permanent basis for Banks. He commenced his career as a management trainee at Westpac Banking Corporation; was seconded to The Royal Bank of Scotland plc Global Restructuring Group on two separate occasions and has been Head of Litigation for a Barclays' business division.

David qualified in 1992 and spent the first half of his career at a top ten firm. He joined TLT in July 2010.
