Colin is a consultant in TLT's Technology & Media team.

A former director of legal and business affairs at both the BBC and Five, Colin has over 35 years experience in media across both the public and private sectors. His work includes funding, production and exploitation of films and TV programmes, as well as contract negotiations and content clearance for all genres.

In recent years Colin has been involved in the launch of new channels and services such as digital, online, interactive and video on demand, together with sports rights, joint ventures and negotiations with PACT and the music collecting societies.

He joined TLT in January 2009 and supports the team on broadcast media and related intellectual property issues.
