Atul is an associate in the Professional Negligence Team in the London office.

Atul acts for lenders, focusing on professional negligence claims against solicitors and valuers for providing negligent advice, and services on commercial and non-commercial property transactions.

Atul has previously had over 15 years experience in a wide range of commercial contractual and insurance claims, including disputes over the interpretation of insurance terms and loss of charter revenue by luxury yachts, construction disputes and property litigation.

Atul qualified in 1999 and joined Constant & Constant in 2001. Atul joined TLT in June 2007 when the two firms merged and was promoted to associate in May 2008.
