André is a consultant and specialises in general and maritime-related commercial law, and has extensive experience in the application of competition law to the maritime sector.

He provides advice on company and business purchase agreements, management buyouts, joint ventures, shareholders agreements, subscription agreements and capital restructurings, involving maritime, manufacturing, agency, broking, and transport groups, including allied aspects (taxation, employment, pensions). André has specialist expertise in EC competition and corporate law.

André qualified with Herbert Smith in 1972 and moved to Constant & Constant, where he became a partner in 1976. He joined TLT in 2007 when the firm merged with Constant & Constant, and was a partner until his retirement in 2010.
