Stuart, an associate in the Commercial team, trained and qualified with TLT. He specialises in drafting and advising on a wide range of commercial agreements, covering a variety of supply, procurement and outsourcing arrangements.

Stuart has provided contractual and regulatory advice in relation to a number of renewable energy and energy efficiency projects in which TLT has been involved.

He also advises regularly on compliance with the public procurement regime.
