Siobhan is an associate in the Employment, Pensions & Incentives group.

She advises both employees and employers on all aspects of employment law. She has particular expertise is advising on the application of TUPE to business transfers and making sure that her client, whether buyer or seller, is compliant.

Siobhan is an experienced employment tribunal advocate with particular expertise in discrimination law.

Siobhan qualified in 2004 and joined TLT in 2006.
