Simon is a partner and a construction law specialist. He has acted for a number of leading service providers and users in the construction and engineering sectors, including major contractors, developers, governmental departments, insurers and construction professionals.

He has negotiated and drafted contracts for various commercial and residential developments and has experience of FM contracts and PFI projects. He has been involved in the resolution of disputes at all levels through various forms of ADR, adjudication, arbitration and litigation.
