Roger is the head of the Retail Property team. He also heads our firm wide retail sector focus.

Roger acts for both regional and national retailers' property transactions and his expertise includes: dealing with both freehold and leasehold property transactions negotiating leases for shops and other properties managing and advising on national property portfolios from the acquisition of new properties through to lease renewals or disposals.

He regularly writes articles and lectures on commercial landlord and tenant issues.

Roger qualified with the firm in 1986 and became a partner in 1997. He is recognised as a 'Leader in the Field' of real estate by Chambers UK.
