Richard is a partner and head of our Banking & Lender Services group and co-ordinates the legal services provided to clients in the financial services sector. 

Richard has worked closely with the mortgage industry for over 17 years and manages the firm's relationships with many of its lender clients.

He acts for banks and specialist mortgage lenders who he advises on issues from lending documentation to fraud and professional negligence.

He qualified as a solicitor in 1983 and joined the firm in 1998.  Richard is recommended by Chambers UK as a 'Leader in his Field'.
