Richard is an associate in the Banking & Financial Services Litigation team.

He has over 13 years experience in advising clients on the full spectrum of complex professional negligence claims against a variety of professionals including solicitors, surveyors, brokers, financial advisors and accountants. Richard has a particular interest in property related professional negligence.

Richard takes a highly pragmatic and commercial approach to litigation.

He qualified in 1998 and joined TLT in August 2010 from Shoosmiths, where he was an associate.
