Philip is a partner and head of Corporate Tax. He is a very experienced tax lawyer and deals with the full range of corporate tax issues, including VAT, employment taxes & stamp taxes. He advises on the tax efficient structuring of corporate and property transactions, including business sales, acquisitions, joint ventures and managements buy-outs.
