Peter is an associate in TLT's Corporate team.

He specialises in corporate transactions with particular experience in acquisitions and disposals and management buyouts. Peter acts for a variety of clients from owner managed businesses to listed public companies.

Peter also heads our company secretarial service and assists a range of clients, from single companies to multinational corporate groups, with a variety of corporate compliance issues.

Peter joined TLT as a trainee solicitor in September 2004 and was promoted to associate in May 2010.
