Peter is head of the Residential team.

He has extensive experience in all aspects of residential property law gained over 30 years practice in this field. He specialises in working with companies, trusts, partnerships and private individuals, advising and dealing with all freehold and leasehold legal issues relating to residential and agricultural properties, all aspects of recoveries disposals and drafting all relevant documentation including security documentation.

Peter qualified and practised as a solicitor in South Africa before coming to the UK in 1989. He has dual English/South African qualifications.
