Paula is an associate who specialises in commercial property work, including:

• commercial landlord and tenant matters
• commercial freehold and leasehold acquisitions & disposals
• property elements of transactions relating to management buyouts

Paula joined the firm as a trainee in 1995. She qualified as a solicitor in 1997 and became an associate in 2000.
