Paul Butterworth is the head of the Social Housing team.

He has a thorough understanding of the social housing sector spanning over 15 years. He has worked previously for a local authority and has led a team in-house for a Housing Association.

His work and experience covers most aspects of the business of registered providers. He specialises in development programmes; major regeneration schemes, property related aspects of loan facilities and regulatory issues.

Paul qualified as a solicitor in 1989 and joined TLT as a partner in August 2003. He is recommended as a 'Leader in his Field' by Chambers UK.
