Neel is a partner who specialises in commercial construction law including procurement advice. He has advised on a number of projects, including mixed use and commercial development, leisure centres, airport terminals, schools and health centres. He acts for developers, RSL's, government bodies, financial institutions, contractors and utility providers. Neel has served two secondments with Alfred McAlpine by whom he is regularly instructed on major projects throughout the UK.
