Megan is an associate in the Real Estate group.

She specialises in commercial property transactions, including landlord and tenant work.

She regularly deals with freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, lease renewals and other estate management and project work for TLT’s retail clients including Nationwide Building Society, TUI Travel, and WHSmith.

Megan joined TLT as a trainee solicitor in 2004 and has spent time on secondment with the Nationwide Building Society legal team.
