Mark heads the Property Litigation team. 

He is an experienced property litigator, with a particular interest in clients working in the retail, leisure and financial sectors.

Mark advises a broad base of clients on commercial property litigation and management issues, so as to minimise risk.

He is a member of the Property Litigation Association and is recognised for his expertise in his field. Mark regularly hosts seminars and gives in-house training to clients and other contacts. He is also a contributing editor for Property Law Journal and has written for the Estates Gazette.

Mark has received endorsements over the last few years from the legal guides and has been recommended as a 'Leader in his Field' by Chambers UK.

Mark qualified as a solicitor in 1995 and became a partner in May 2006.
