Mark heads the Property Litigation team. 

He is an experienced property litigator, with a particular interest in clients working in the retail, leisure and financial sectors.

Mark advises a broad base of clients on commercial property litigation and management issues, so as to minimise risk.

He is a member of the Property Litigation Association and is recognised for his expertise in his field. Mark regularly hosts seminars and gives in-house training to clients and other contacts. He is also a contributing editor for Property Law Journal and has written for the Estates Gazette.

Mark qualified as a solicitor in 1995 and became a partner in May 2006. He is recognised by Chambers UK as a 'Leader in his Field'.
