Kerry is head of the Corporate Defence team. He has been recommended nationally by Chambers UK since 2003 and is applauded for his "sharp commercial mind".

Kerry has over 20 years experience of dispute resolution and incident management and has acted in a number of complex multi-party actions involving national and international organisations. Kerry and the Corporate Defence team specialise in advising businesses, their directors and senior executives on regulatory compliance. He deals with investigations/prosecutions by the main regulatory bodies such as the Health & Safety Executive, Environment Agency, OFT, DTI, Trading Standards and the Food Standards Agency. He regularly lectures on regulatory compliance and prosecutions, particularly in relation to Corporate Governance, personal liability of Directors and Corporate Manslaughter.

Kerry is also a practising commercial mediator. He regularly mediates a range of commercial and corporate disputes and heads TLT's team of eight solicitor mediators. He is recommended nationally as a "Leader in his Field" by Chambers UK, the leading legal guide, and is accredited with the ADR Group, CEDR, and British Franchise Association.

Kerry is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Association of Regulatory Lawyers, the CBI and Institute of Directors.
