Julian has significant experience in a wide range of commercial real estate work, focusing on clients within the leisure sector. He specialises in portfolio acquisitions, disposals and refinancing, working either in a lead advisory or corporate support role.

Julian also works with leisure facing clients in relation to their estate management needs. This may involve delivering bespoke projects or working as part of a team advising in general estate management issues. In addition, Julian advises clients in respect of acquisition programmes and the development of sites for the roll out of restaurant, pub and hotel concepts.

Julian is a regular attendee of leisure industry conferences and events. He has also contributed to the Estates Gazette.

He qualified as a solicitor in 1996 and joined TLT as a partner in 2004. Julian is recognised as a 'Leader in the Field' of real estate by Chambers UK.
