Julia heads TLT's Leisure practice.

She continues to be the energy behind our success in driving forward our strategy of developing the services we offer to clients in the leisure sector and tailoring those services to meet our clients' business objectives.

Julia delivers strategic advice to clients within the sector, especially our Pub Co clients and heads a team involved in extensive portfolio management. She has lead a number of real estate project teams in relation to portfolio acquisitions, disposals, refinancing and leasing programmes.

She believes in knowing a business inside out and promotes secondments as a means of developing this know how and building relationships with clients. Julia herself was seconded for two years to Grand Metropolitan Estates Ltd (a joint venture company between Grand Metropolitan Plc and Courage). There she dealt with a property portfolio of in excess of 5,000 premises.

Julia qualified as a solicitor in 1994 and joined TLT in June 1997, becoming a partner in 1999.

Julia is recommended as a 'leader in the field' in Chambers UK 2008.
