Jo is an associate in the Commercial Dispute Resolution team. She advises on intellectual property risks and disputes, including brand and design infringements, patent and copyright issues, and the contentious aspects of trademark portfolio management.

Jo has acted for a range of clients in relation to proceedings in the High Court, Patents County Court, UK Intellectual Property Office and in various other trade mark registries around the world. She has also been involved in successful mediations and resolution of intellectual property disputes through arrangements, providing parties with working commercial relationships which can be more beneficial than statutory remedies.

Jo first joined TLT in 1998. She has a LL.M (Sheffield) in Intellectual Property and a Diploma in Intellectual Property from the University of Bristol.
