Helena is an associate in the Real Estate group.

Helena specialises in commercial property and has particular expertise in landlord, tenant and development work. She also has experience in acting on large scale investment purchases and disposals.

Her experience includes preparing initial title reports for developers prior to tender, acting upon large scale mixed use canal side development projects and acting for a Government agency on investment purchases.

She qualified in 2003 and joined TLT in 2006.
