Harry Parker is a senior associate in the Employment, Pensions & Incentives team. He has specialised in the employment field since 2000 and joined TLT from Osborne Clarke in 2007. Harry has particular expertise in high value employment tribunal litigation and in the employment aspects of complex outsourcing and restructuring. Harry has advised on numerous large scale redundancy exercises, including those resulting from TUPE transfers. Harry acts across a wide range of sectors but has particular expertise in the financial services and technology sectors.
