Graham is a partner in the Banking & Lending Services group and has operational responsibility for over 200 people.

Graham understands issues from the client perspective having worked at a major high street lender for five years prior to joining TLT. Chambers UK, 2009 says that clients appreciate that "his years of in-house banking experience really come to the fore when handling disputes." Graham advises Banks, Mortgage Lenders and LPA Receivers in mortgage related disputes and litigation, including landlord and tenant issues. He brings experience of working with some of the largest and most high profile UK lenders.

Graham and his team work alongside Housing Associations and developers, selling properties off plan and following completion. The team is experienced in private sales, shared ownership sales, and sales from private developers to Housing Associations.

Graham joined TLT in 1999 and became a partner in 2005. He is recommended as a 'Leader in his Field' by Chambers UK.
