Graham is TLT's HR Director. With extensive experience in all areas of human resources management, he previously spent seven years at Ernst & Young where his roles included HR responsibility for a £36m revenue multi-site Assurance and Consulting business and Talent Management for one of the largest business units in the UK. 

He joins us from a plc in the technology sector where he was HR Director involved in a successful Corporate Turnaround.
