Gavin is a partner in TLT's Banking & Financial Services Litigation team, one of the largest specialist teams in the country.

He has 18 years' experience in complex property and lending-related litigation and significant trial and resolution experience. He is also an authority on mortgage litigation advocacy with ten years' experience of handling contested possession hearings and appeals for lenders.

Gavin qualified as solicitor in 1991 and was previously Managing Partner at specialist mortgage litigation practice Glenisters.
