Emma is an associate in the Corporate Recovery and Insolvency team specialising in the contentious side of corporate and complex personal insolvency law. 

She advises a wide range of banks and lenders together with insolvency practitioners from all the major insolvency firms in the regions and in London. Emma also advises the Official Receivers' offices nationwide on complex recovery issues.

Emma has been recommended as a leader in the field of Restructuring and Insolvency by independent legal guide, Chambers.

Emma qualified in September 2004 and joined TLT in 2007.
