David qualified in 1989 and is an associate in the Family team. He joined TLT in 2006.

David's area of expertise is advice concerning children especially where there is an international element. David is an accredited specialist in private law children and child abduction. He is also a trained collaborative lawyer and mediator.

David has served on the Resolution National Committee and both the International and Children Committees. He has lectured at the Resolution National and Regional conferences and is currently an assessor for the accreditation scheme. He is a contributor to the Resolution International Guide.

David is also a specialist in Contested Probate work, being an accredited member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists. David is recommended as a 'Leader in the Field' of Family/Matrimonial work by Chambers UK.
