Ben Watson "does not shy away from a challenge"

Ben is a partner and employee incentives specialist. He advises on all types of share schemes, and has designed and delivered incentives for start-ups, unlisted and fully listed clients. He has acted as the lead tax and incentives adviser on a number of substantial flotations, mergers and acquisitions and has considerable experience in expanding US share plans into the UK and UK share plans into Europe. Ben also has an in depth knowledge of pensions and trusts law.

Ben is a member of the Share Plan Lawyers Organisation and the Association of Pensions Lawyers. He qualified as a solicitor in 2000 and joined TLT in 2006. He holds a masters diploma in pensions law.

The team was a finalist for the Employment, Pensions, Benefits & Tax Team of the Year at the 2007 British Legal Awards.
