Antonia is an associate in the Corporate team and specialises in all areas of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.

She has particular experience in accelerated disposals of loss-making or non-core divisions and acquisitions of competitors in turnaround situations, and in group restructuring. This includes demergers, spin-offs, share buy-backs, solvent capital reductions to create distributable reserves, schemes of reconstructions and financial restructurings.
