Andrew Webber

Andrew is a partner in the Corporate team. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions as well as joint ventures, demergers and group reorganisations. Andrew has worked on a number of acquisition programmes for high-growth corporates and has lead significant disposals for management and private equity vendors. 

Andrew joined the firm in 1999 and was promoted to partner in 2008. He was awarded Young Dealmaker of the Year at the 2008 South West Deal Awards. He is recommended as a 'Leader in the Field' of Corporate/M&A law by leading legal guide Chambers UK.

Andrew regularly advises corporate clients and fast growing entrepreneurial businesses in the retail, healthcare and technology sectors.

As a member of the firm's Retail sector team Andrew supports some of its key relationships and he has also been particularly active with clients in the care sector.
