Andrew Glynn

Andrew is head of the Real Estate group.
He specialises in Commercial Property investment and asset management / transaction support for corporate clients. He has many years’ experience acting for banks and other lenders both foreign and domestic in connection with property finance and recoveries.
Andrew qualified as a solicitor with the firm in 1985 and then worked for seven years in London, principally with City practice, Rowe and Maw (now Mayer Brown). He returned to the firm in 1992, became a partner in 1994 and head of Real Estate in 1999.
Andrew is a council member and past Chairman of the Association of Property and Fixed Charge Receivers (NARA) and is recommended as a 'Leader in the Field' of Real Estate in the leading legal guide Chambers UK.
Andrew regularly receives outstanding feedback from independent guides to the legal industry, Chambers recently recognised him as "experienced, intelligent and strategic" (Chambers UK, 2011), whilst the Legal 500 guide describes him as "steady under pressure" with "‘in-depth technical expertise (Legal 500, 2011).
