Alison is an associate in the Commercial team, who advises on a wide range of commercial arrangements, including IT procurement and licensing, outsourcing agreements and distribution arrangements. Alison has particular expertise in Data Protection and Freedom of Information law and has conducted data protection audits for a variety of clients. Alison also advises on competition law issues, including State aid, merger control and anti-competitive behaviour.
