Alice is an associate in TLT's Corporate team and concentrates on work for the private equity community as well as mergers, acquisitions and disposals of companies and businesses. She has also worked on MBOs, investment and shareholder agreements, share buybacks and group reorganisations.

Recently, Alice has advised Savills plc on its acquisition of property and retail agency Thomas Davidson & Partners and on its disposal of a majority stake in Savills Private Finance to senior management. Alice also advised Tamura-Europe, the UK subsidiary of Japanese listed company Tamura Corporation, on its acquisition of Romarsh Limited, one of the UK's leading designers and manufacturers of transformers.

Alice qualified in 2005 and joined TLT in 2007 from Slaughter and May. She is based in Bristol.
