Alex is an Associate in the Real Estate group specialising in contentious issues relating to commercial and residential property and land.

He acts for large commercial landlords and tenants, retailers, restaurant chains, leisure operators and financial institutions in relation to all landlord and tenant issues including, 1954 Act Lease renewals, service charge disputes, possession claims, breaches of terms of leases, rent review and insolvency issues.

His experience in relation to residential property and land includes enforcement of security, leasehold enfranchisement, possession claims, boundary disputes and issues concerning restrictive covenants and rights of way.

He has recently advised and acted on the clearing of a city centre site to make way for a major retail, entertainment and residential development.

Alex joined TLT in April 2009 and is a member of the Property Litigation Association.
