Abigail is an associate in our Corporate Recovery & Insolvency team.

She joined TLT from DLA Piper's Leeds office where she was an associate and a key member of the firm's national Business Support & Restructuring team.

Abigail has six years' experience in both contentious and non-contentious corporate recovery and insolvency and has worked on a number of high-profile and complex assignments.

Her experience includes advising insolvency practitioners on their appointments on trading issues and on the disposal of businesses, real estate and assets, advising secured lenders on security enhancement and enforcement strategy, and advising boards of directors and shareholders on their rights and duties in situations of financial distress.

In 2006 Abigail was nominated for a Rising Star Award at the Yorkshire Lawyer Awards.

Abigail qualified in 2002 and joined TLT in 2008.
