Acting for Taylor Wimpey and Bellway on the £18.3 million purchase and Consortium development of a large residential scheme. TLT has been acting on this deal for several years, including planning, litigation and development work.

Acting for Square Bay on the purchase of a 47 acre development site at Fremington from the Ministry of Defence. The forward sale has also been exchanged, subject to planning conditions.

Acting for LOC8 on the site purchase, forward-funding agreement and development of a Travelodge, Lidl and Subway mixed use scheme in Portishead which is being funded at £6.7 million.
We are also acting on a site purchase from Persimmon/ Marstons and the development of a similar mixed-use scheme at Weston Airfield site, together with the forward-sale to investor.
 

Acting for Cubex Land on the £26.4 million sale of The Paragon, a high quality 76,000 sq ft mixed-use office development scheme located in the heart of Bristol's business district.
