Trust Management

Currently, we manage trusts ranging in value from £10,000 to £1.5 million. Members of our team have many years experience in trust management and are members of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.

We provide a full range of services designed to support trustees in the administration of trusts. The level of services provided can be tailored to suit the trustees' requirements. Partners within the firm are available to act as trustees in appropriate cases.

The services that we provide include advice on trustees' duties, book-keeping and the preparation of accounts, tax compliance and drafting all necessary trust documentation. We also liaise between the trustees and the trust's investment managers and land agents.
