The team has a national reputation for retail and property management expertise. We act for national and regional retailers advising on new store acquisitions, disposals and property management issues in both out of town schemes and high street locations.

Work includes all aspects of landlord and tenant work including freehold and leasehold transactions, negotiating leases for shops and other properties, advising on national property portfolios from the acquisition of new properties through to lease renewal or disposals, and advising on property disputes.
