Our procurement specialists, part of our highly regarded Commercial team, support public sector clients - including local authorities, housing associations, police authorities, universities and Government grant funding organisations - in competitive tendering processes, assisting with the structuring, drafting and negotiating complex project contracts and other arrangements.

In addition, we can help unsuccessful contractors to take action that may result in re-tendering and/or the payment of damages for failing to follow the correct procurement procedures set out for public sector bodies by UK and EC law.
